The Chamber also assists French businesses and entrepreneurs in establishing themselves in the country. Members of the Chamber will have access to capacity-building forums and relevant information as part of this partnership, allowing them to gain the HR knowledge needed to hire locally. Additionally, job seekers, both French and international nationals, will receive training on how to write efficient job applications. “This opportune collaboration will serve our international market and enable French businesses settling in Kenya to recruit the proper way using data-driven solutions and our over 15 years of experience in HR,” said BrighterMonday Kenya CEO Emmanuel Mutuma. It will also provide relevant job prospects and frequent career guidance to French nationals looking for work in Kenya.” The collaboration, according to Laure Paugam, Executive Director of the French Chamber of Commerce in Kenya, will provide French companies with access to HR professionals to help them develop and improve their recruiting and workforce management systems. “One of our key areas of focus is to provide opportunities for our members to receive relevant training in establishing localized HR processes, as well as to make the process of seeking and securing job opportunities for French nationals easier,” she said, adding that the partnership will also improve the country’s global competitiveness and employability.
