A system dubbed ‘Service By Appointment’ was recently introduced, where you have to book an appointment to visit select Huduma Centre Service points with the aim of getting government services. The previous system where you had to queue for long hours to get services proved to be challenging as it was not efficient and led to wastage of time, thus had to be got ridden off. Currently, the Huduma Appointment system has been rolled out only at the GPO and Thika branches and in due time the system will be implemented in other centres countrywide.
