Launch the Twitter app.Slide the left menu out and select Settings and privacy.Select Data Usage.Select High-quality image uploads.Choose whether you want to always upload in high quality on Wi-Fi only, Cellular and Wi-Fi together, or never. This allows you to upload images in 4K resolution.
While you’re in that menu, you should probably select High-quality images to display as well; otherwise, you’ll be uploading in 4K but Twitter will resize things for you when you go to view your tweets.
