For the design of its smartphones, the Chinese brand that rises has called on the designer Naoto Fukasawa, who was inspired by the suitcases to create the aesthetics of the devices of the series. The result is a unique look on the market, thanks to its concave shape, its engraved back panel and the use of vegan leather. Both references share an AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, but the Explorer version is 56° curved and HDR10+ compatible. Performance is provided by a Snapdragon 778G 5G SoC on the realme GT Master Edition, while the GT Explorer Master Edition has a Snapdragon 870 chip. The manufacturer relies on a steam chamber for cooling these new models. The autonomy, finally, is systematically entrusted to a 4,300 mAh battery, supporting a charging power of up to 65 W. The Explorer model uses a 50 mp Sony IMX766 primary sensor with optical image stabilization for the photo. The realme GT Master Edition has a 64 MP module. In both cases, they are accompanied by ultra-wide-angle optics and a macro lens. For selfies, realme has integrated a 32 Mp IMX615 front photosensor. Realme has not yet communicated the prices and availability of the GT Master Edition series for Kenya. Still, it is known that smartphones will be well marketed in Kenya. In the United States, the realme GT Master Edition is priced at Ksh 43,690($ 399)with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, and at KSH 54,640 for the 8/256 GB variant. The entry fee for the realme GT Explorer Master Edition has been set at Ksh 54,640 for the 8/128 GB configuration and KSH 60,115 for 12/256 GB.
