As seen in the above embedded tweet, the device will cost, 42,500 Naira. This price may however vary depending on the region of purchase or the store (be it offline or online) of purchase. The Tecno Spark Plus K9 comes with a 6.0 inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of built-in storage capacity, an Octa-core processor with a 1.3 GHz speed, and runs the Android v7.0 Nougat operating system (based on Tecno’s native HiOS). The Spark Plus also comes with a fingerprint sensor mounted on the rear and is kept up and running by a non-removable 3,400 mAh battery. The device was announced as far back as August 2017 alongside the Tecno Spark K7. The Spark K7 is the toned down version of the Spark Plus K9 and sells at a more affordable price of 32,000 Naira. The Spark K7 is like a “Lite” version and it comes with low-level specs like 1 GB of RAM, a smaller 5.5 inch display and 3,000 mAh battery. The Spark K7 however rocks the same camera specifications as the recently released Spark Plus K9; 13 MP on the rear and 5 MP up front. The Tecno Spark K7 and Spark Plus K9 are amazing smartphones and are the pioneering devices of the Tecno “Spark” series.
